Which side of the screen are we living on? You can see in the video how a split screen is the difference between the church and the world. Action and inaction. Responsibility and complacency. 


We make decisions every day. Some of those decisions will effect us and some of those decisions will effect others. It is the decisions that effect others which are the most important ones we will make. The most important decision we will make that will effect our life is the decision to accept Christ as our Lord. The most important decision we will make that will effect others is our decision to tell others about Christ.


One of my favorite verses in scripture is Proverbs 11:10-11. It states that the condition of our cities will reflect the condition of the church. 


"When it goes well with the righteous, the city rejoices; and through the blessing of the upright, the city is exalted."


If our cities are poor, what does that say about the benevolence of the church? If our cities are lonely, what does that say about our relationship as a church? If our cities are lost, what does that say about the outreach of the church? And so I ask each of us an important question. What is the condition of your church? Because it should have everything to do with the condition of your city.
